Fate:
Completed four War Patrols, she was lost on her fifth patrol.

17th March 1941 - On completion of work up she departed Holy Loch for Portsmouth.

First Patrol - 20th March 1941.
Whilst on passage to Portsmouth she is ordered to patrol in the Bay of Biscay.
1st April - Ended patrol at Portsmouth.

13th April 1941.
Departed Portsmouth for Malta via Gibraltar to join the 10th Flotilla.
22nd April - Arrived Gibraltar.
26th April - Departed Gibraltar for Malta.
4th May - Arrived Malta.

Second Patrol - 21st May 1941.
Departed Malta to patrol North of Lampedusa Island.
25th May - Ordered to a new patrol position between Messina and Tripoli.
2nd June - Ended patrol at Malta.

Third Patrol - 15th June 1941.
Departed Malta to patrol South of Pantelleria Island.
22nd June - Torpedoed and sank the Italian merchant ship Pietro Querini South of Pantelleria Island.
27th June - Ended patrol at Malta.

Fourth Patrol - 28th June 1941.
Departed Malta to patrol South of Cape Spartivento.
3rd July - Ended patrol at Malta.

Fifth Patrol - 14th July 1941.
Departed Malta to patrol off Pantelleria Island.
20th July - Was sunk by the Italian torpedo boat Circe during an attack on the damaged German merchant vessel Menes.
Menes was being towed by the Italian tug Ciclope and and the German tug Max Berendt. Menes had been torpedoed and damaged by Regent on 21 February 1941.
She was reported missing on this date.

Depth charged and lost 20th July 1941.
