First Patrol - 3rd November 1941.
Departed Holy Loch to patrol in the Bay of Biscay. During this patrol she was directed to intercept two U-boats but on reaching the positions found nothing.
19th November - Ended patrol at Rothesay.

Second Patrol -
5th December 1941.
Departed Holy Loch to patrol in the Bay of Biscay and to proceed to Gibraltar and then to Malta to join the 10th Submarine Flotilla.
19th December - Ended patrol at Gibraltar.

26th December 1941 - Departed Gibraltar for Malta.
3rd January 1942 - Arrived Malta.

Third Patrol -
11th January 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol off the Gulf of Hammamet.
13th January - Received orders to leave her patrol area and to proceed to a new patrol area in the Gulf of Taranto to provide cover for two convoy's from Alexandria to Malta.
23rd January - Ended patrol at Malta.

Fourth Patrol -
9th February 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol off the Gulf of Taranto.
12th February - Torpedoed and sank the Italian tanker Lucania north-east of Crotone, Calabria, Italy. During this patrol the Commanding Officer was taken ill and the patrol was aborted.
16th February - Ended patrol at Malta.

Fifth Patrol - 16th February 1942.
After a short stay in port and with a new Commanding Officer Departed Malta to form a patrol line with P.34 and P.39 in the eastern approaches of Tripoli, to intercept an important convoy.
23rd February - Depth charged whilst searching for convoy, no serious damage.
25th February - Ended patrol at Malta.

Sixth Patrol - 7th March 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol off Kerkenah, Tunisia.
10th March - Whilst attempting to attack a merchant ship was detected and depth charged by one of the escorts.
13th March - Sank the Italian fishing vessel Maria Immacolata (248 GRT) with gunfire off Mahedia, Tunisia.
14th March - Carried out an unsuccessful attack on a German merchant ship (Trapani).
21st March - Ended patrol at Malta.

Seventh Patrol -
31st March 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol South of the Strait of Messina.
5th April - Torpedoed and sank the Italian merchant Ninetto G. south of Capo dell'Armi.
12th April - Ended patrol at Malta.

Eighth Patrol - 19th April 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol off the East coast of Tunisia and west of Tripoli. The patrol was uneventful.
30th April - Ended patrol at Malta.

4th May 1942 - Carrying stores and personnel departed Malta for Alexandria where the 10th Flotilla was being transferred to.
13th May - Arrived Alexandria.

Ninth Patrol -
6th June 1942.
Departed Alexandria for to give cover during convoy operations to Malta and took the southernmost point of a patrol line with P.31 P.34 and P.35. The patrol was uneventful.
28th June - Ended patrol at Alexandria.

29th June - Departed Alexandria for Port Said.
30th June - Arrived at Port Said.

8th July - Departed Port Said for Haifa.
10th July - Arrived at Haifa.

Tenth Patrol - 21st July 1942.
Departed Haifa to proceed to Malta and to patrol North of Crete en-route.
2nd August - Ended patrol at Malta.

Eleventh Patrol - 9th August 1942.
Departed Malta to carry out a special operation and to patrol East of Sicily.
11th August - Carried out special operation. A party of 6 men were landed near Catania, Sicily, Italy to attack the local airfield.
Una waited for the landing party to return but they failed to show up.
19th August - Ended patrol at Malta.

Twelfth Patrol - 30th August 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol West of Crete.
10th September - fired torpedoes against the Italian armed merchant cruiser Brioni west of Paleochora, Crete, Greece. All torpedoes fired missed their targetl.
14th September - Ended patrol at Malta.

Thirteenth Patrol - 25th September 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol East of Tunisia.
3rd October - Fired two torpedoes against the small Italian merchant vessel Doris Ursino inside Lampedusa harbour. The torpedoes missed the target and hit rocks.
4th October - Ended patrol at Malta.

Fourteenth Patrol - 12th October 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol East of Sicily/South of Calabria and to carry out a special operation.
14th October -Carried out special operation, party was landed near Stazzo, Sicily.
18th October - Whilst trying to attack the Italian tanker Panuco off Cape Spartivento, Italy Una is detected and depth charged by the escort. The attack had to be abandoned. No damage was inflicted to Una by the depth charges.
23rd October - Ended patrol at Malta.

Fifteenth Patrol - 3rd November 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol South of the Messina Strait.
10th November - Fred four torpedoes at an enemy force of three light cruisers escorted by six destroyers. No hits were obtained.
Later the same day Una attacked but missed an Italian submarine with one torpedo.
13th November - Ended patrol at Malta.

Sixteenth Patrol - 20th November 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol off Tunis.
27th November - Attacked an enemy convoy with three torpedoes north of the Gulf of Tunis. All torpedoes missed.
Later on the same day Una made another attack on a single escorted merchant vessel. Four torpedoes were fired but no hits were obtained.
28th November - Whilst returning from this patrol was attacked by enemy Motor torpedo boats. Two torpedoes were evaded.
1st December - Ended patrol at Malta.

Seventeenth Patrol - 12th December 1942.
Departed Malta to patrol off the east coast of Tunisia.
20th December - Attacked with torpedo a small merchant vessel near Kuriat, Tunisia. No hits were obtained.
24th December - Ended patrol at Malta.

Eighteenth Patrol - 4th January 1943.
Departed Malta to patrol North of Sicily.
10th January - Detected by the Italian torpedo boat Pallade escorting the Italian tanker Saturno with the torpedo boat Sirio and the corvettes Antilope, Artemide and Gabbiano. Pallade carried out a depth charge attack which was reported as 'fairly close'.
20th January - Ended patrol at Malta.

Nineteenth Patrol - 30th January 1943.
Departed Malta to patrol off the Gulf of Hammamet, Tunisia.
1st February - Attacked and damaged two Italian schooners with gunfire in the Gulf of Hammamet, Tunisia. Una had to break of the attack due to gunfire from shore batteries which injured one of the gun crew..
3rd February - Arrived at Malta to land injured crew member. On completion of this and some small repairs resumed patrol.
10th February - Torpedoed and damaged the Italian merchant Cosala.
15th February - Torpedoed and sank the (already damaged and grounded) Italian merchant Petrarca north of Crotone, Calabria, Italy.
19th February - Ended patrol at Malta.

1st March 1943 - Departed Malta for UK via Gibraltar for refit.
10th March - Arrived Gibraltar.
13th March - Departed Gibraltar for Holy Loch.
26th March - Arrived Holy Loch.
28th March - Departed Holy Loch for Blyth.
31st March - Arrived at Blyth for refit.

5th August 1943 - Ended refit at Blyth.

August 1943 to March 1944 - Employed for training purposes.

16th March 1944 - Recalled from Campbeltown to Rothesay

Twentieth Patrol - 18th March 1944.
Departed Lerwick to patrol the South-West coast of Norway.
23rd March - Ended patrol at Lerwick.

March 1944 to February 1945 - Employed for training purposes.

1st February 1945 - Departed Rothesay for Plymouth.
3rd February - Arrived Plymouth for refit.
11th July - Refit completed, departed Plymouth for Rothesay.
13th July - Arrived Rothesay.

September 1945 - Departed UK for Halifax, Canada to act as A/S target. She returned to the UK in November and was placed in reserved until sold.

Scrapped 11th April 1949.
