Sank the submarine Velella on 7th September 1943.
She was damaged beyond repair on 3rd January 1945.

Damaged by Japanese gunfire and aircraft bombs off the Andaman IslandsĀ  3rd January 1945 and written off as a constructive total loss.
Scrapped 14th July 1946.
