Fate:
In June 1922 whilst submerged during exercises she was rammed by H.M.S. Vancouver.  The Conning tower was badly damaged and although the Vancouver left part of one of her screws embedded in the junction of the conning-tower and the pressure hull there were no breaches.  Fortunately there were no casualties.
